In this interdisciplinary unit, students act as transportation planners to analyze various modes of transportation and calculate carbon emissions of different forms of transportation globally. They apply critical media skills to create an advertisement for car-free cities or replan their local city's transportation structure to achieve net-zero carbon emissions.
