Your donation directly empowers educators by providing them with comprehensive, free climate education resources, turning classrooms into catalysts for climate action and awareness.
Climate education empowers the next generation by giving them the tools to become climate advocates and take action on climate change. SubjectToClimate aims to increase the frequency with which teachers teach about climate change by providing them with readily available, high-quality, fully-vetted resources for free on our website. From increasing the geographical scope of our resources by creating new state-specific websites to enabling us to carry out professional development trainings guiding educators to create more content to add to our resource database, your donation will help us make comprehensive nationwide climate education a reality. Importantly, your donation will directly support educators, without whom our mission would be impossible.

Moreover, over a third of educators surveyed rated their school’s integration of climate change into non-science subjects as a D or an F, and around half responded that they sometimes or never have educational resources on climate change.
By keeping all of our resources available for free, we can make a difference in the frequency with which teachers address climate change. To do this, we need your support.
As the end of the year approaches, so does a time of reflection. Giving Tuesday, the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving, brings people together to celebrate generosity and collaboration. It sets a tone of kindness and coming together for the end of the year. This year, join SubjectToClimate in our mission to make climate change teaching and learning accessible to all by providing free resources made for teachers, by teachers.
