Riya (she/her) is an emerging climate professional with a M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a B.A. in Public Policy from the University of Maryland, College Park. She has interned with the Office of Congressman Mfume, the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Green Building Council, the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, and ElectricFish Energy, Inc. Passionate about climate advocacy, Riya is excited to join SubjectToClimate and help make climate change education accessible to all.
