Randy has been Executive Director for four educational nonprofit endeavors, including Raising a Reader, MA and FitMoney. She founded The Benefactory in 1990 - a children's publishing company whose mission was to foster a generation of planetary caretakers with true stories about animals -and managed as CEO.
