Jill Geiser is a superintendent of a school district in Massachusetts, having spent over 30 years in education. She has taught in the U.S. and overseas, developed programming for refugee youth in New York City, and held administrative positions across all grade spans K-12. Her work has focused on building high-quality instructional systems in inclusive and diverse school environments that advance the growth and learning of all students. She holds degrees from the University of Delaware (B.A.), University of Massachusetts/Boston (M.A.), Teachers College, Columbia University (Ed.M.), and Boston College (Ed.D.).
