Differentiation

• The interactive map and data provides connections with math, geography, and economics classes for topics related to economic disparities, power company monopolies, and the ability of companies to make profits off of providing basic human needs to society (such as housing, electricity, and water).
• History and social studies classes could use this map to discuss why the energy burden is higher on tribal lands than in neighboring areas.
