What it is
- This interactive map is a collection of audio and video recordings of people telling their stories of how climate change impacts their lives.
- Students will use the map to navigate to YouTube or SoundCloud to listen to the stories from around the world.

Prerequisites
- When students click the Soundcloud links, they will be prompted to create an account. This pop-up can be exited, and users can listen without an account.
- Depending on how this resource is used, teachers may need to provide background knowledge about certain countries or climate-specific topics.
Differentiation & Implementation
- Students can each select three climate stories to listen to, recording the locations, common themes, and their takeaways from each story
- Students can use this resource to write and record their own climate story to add to the project.
- Students with auditory processing difficulties may benefit from sticking to the climate stories on YouTube, as these have transcripts and closed captioning.
