  • The Extending Your Quest section supplies students with several soil projects that they can join to continue their quest to make the soil healthier.
  • At the end of the Soil Quest, students can click the "Find a New Quest" button to start a new Project Hero Quest.

Additional Prerequisites


  • The links to various citizen science websites in the Extend Your Quest section could be useful for any science class wanting to make their lessons applicable to real-world situations.
  • Students can work in small groups to answer different questions from the form. When they are finished, groups can peer edit other groups' responses before pasting the responses into the digital form.
  • At the end of Project Hero Soil Quest, students who want to continue working on environmental projects can start an environmental club. The club can use the Extending Your Quest section to find their first project.

Scientist Notes
