Kids will love having actionable steps for committing to the Sustainable Development Goals.
The article does a great job of breaking down all 17 goals in a concise and easy-to-read format.

Students should have a basic understanding of climate change and fossil fuels.
Since part of this article's focus is to demonstrate Creature & Co.'s commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals, students may benefit from an overview of the organization.
Differentiation & Implementation
After reading this article, students can research the UN, why it was founded, and who its member countries are. Students can then discuss the requirements for being part of the United Nations and the benefits of being in it.
If many students have low reading stamina, teachers can have students read through the goals in a jigsaw format, with each student reading about one of the goals to share with the rest of the class.
After reading the article, students can create a guide to show kids how they can contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals, using the suggestions in the article and their own ideas.
Students can use this article as inspiration to start projects related to the SDGs in their school, such as food or toy drives, health information campaigns, area clean-ups, and others.
